En quelques mots

Passionate about innovation, public affairs, tech for good and sustainable development, with a strong interest in European institutions and democratic resilience.

I’m currently serving as Director of Governance and Democratic Innovation at Make.org, leading projects that connect institutions, academia, and civil society to support democratic resilience across Europe. Based between Paris and Brussels, and managing amazing teams in both cities. Also Vice-President of the Association Civic Tech Europe, working to strengthen civic technology and democratic engagement at the European level.

My experience includes teaching Public Economics at Sciences Po Paris, advising on sustainability strategies, and coordinating parliamentary committees and institutions. Previous roles include policy and legislative work at the French National Assembly, and leading the Economic Department at France Nature Environnement, as well as contributing to biodiversity protection efforts with the LPO.

Co-founder of the French NGO Russie-Libertés in 2012, I’m strongly committed to defending human rights and freedom of expression. Since 2014, I’m also actively involved in initiatives supporting a free and independent Ukraine.

Often invited to speak at high-level events hosted by the OECD, European Parliament, EESC, and Council of Europe, with articles published in Revue Esprit, Politico, Euractiv, and others, focusing on democracy, civic engagement, and sustainability.

Holding a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, and fluent in French, English, Russian, and Czech, with some notions of Spanish and Ukrainian, bringing a multilingual and multicultural approach to collaborative work.

Always open to meaningful connections and opportunities to drive democratic and sustainable change!
